Having a VA loan and going through a divorce to refinance and pull money out in Texas is extremely complicated. I was also deployed overseas at the time, searching for the answer to this dilemma. The whole experience has been smooth and great. They are paitent and easy to talk to. They give awsome first time buyer advice. Nothing more I could ask from a lender. Just be prepared that you loan may be transferred that so many other local lender does. But the lender promised the term wold be the same and nothing to be worried about. For more details, I will need to wait until I work with them a bit more.
